WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations will be secured with a 50% deposit.
If you cancel your reservation...
...30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus a 5% fee.
... 0 to 29 days prior to your arrival the deposit will be non-refundable.
 
COVID 19 CANCELATION INFORMATION
Unlike the unforeseen initial stages of the Covid 19 pandemic which caught us all off guard in the spring of 2020, planning anything, including travel during the pandemic is now a calculated risk for us all.  Therefore our regular cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Thank you for your understanding.  

HOW FAR IS THE PROPERTY FROM PESCADERO AND TODOS SANTOS?
Pescadero is about an 8 minute drive south on the highway. Todos Santos is about a 15 minute drive north via the highway.

DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
Yes!  Since we are located off the beaten path, renting a car or having your own form of transportation is essential. There are no taxis, Ubers or public transportation in our area. 

IS THERE A RESTAURANT OR BAR ON THE PREMISES?

We are happy to offer breakfast a la carte as well as Beer & Wine.
 
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?
CHECK-IN:  3:00 PM - 8:30 PM. 

HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SWIMMING BEACH?
We recommend Cerritos Beach for swimming. It is located about a 10 minute drive south along highway 19 at km 64. You will find a restaurant and beach equipment rentals there.
 

HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SURF BREAK?
Cerritos Beach - 10 minute drive south of town off hwy 19
San Pedrito Beach (for experienced surfers) - 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive

IS THE POOL HEATED?
It is heated only by Mother Nature!  It can get pretty brisk in the winter months, but is perfect during late Spring through mid-Fall.

 

WHAT KIND OF ACTIVITIES DO YOU PROVIDE?

IS YOUR PROPERTY ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Yes, we strive to be in harmony with nature however possible and we operate on solar power.  

 

COMMUNING WITH NATURE

You will be stunned with the star filled black skies and the sounds of nature surrounding the property.  Although we fumigate regularly, it could be that you might find a few of nature's critters enjoying the property as well.  Just let us know, and we'll escort any critters off the property.

 IS THIS A KID-FRIENDLY PROPERTY?
Although we love little ones, guests must be 15 years or older.

IS THIS A PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY?
We are a dog friendly property.  The pet fee is $20 USD per dog per night. 1 pup per accommodation please. 

WHAT ABOUT NOISE LEVELS?
Loud behavior or music is not allowed at any time. Please help us maintain the peaceful zen-like atmosphere of our property.  Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

IS THIS PROPERTY WHEELCHAIR  ACCESSIBLE?
Although our property is flat, access to all the different areas are via paths made of sand

DO YOU OFFER WIFI?
Yes we do!   

DO YOU PROVIDE DRINKING WATER?
Yes!  You will find glass bottles with filtered water in your unit.  You can refill them at our water refill station.

DO YOU OFFER HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES?  
Yes, we provide daily housekeeping services.

CAN I HAVE GUESTS OVER?
